Super excited and honored to say that Chloe, Steph, Heather AND Rachel all nominated me for a Liebster Award!! I was nominated a few weeks ago and wrote this post. These girls came up with some fantastic questions tho and I love sharing things to have y'all get to know me better so here we are again! I chose my fav questions from each lady and did 11 facts overall. Also I'm nominating only 6 people because I've already nominated 11 and I'm stuggling

Chloe's questions:

1. How do you feel about rock paper scissors?

I hate people who call it roshambo. THAT IS NOT WHAT IT'S CALLED. Also I'm dirty at it. I won prizes by beating a guy from our building (I explain more here) and I'll let you in on this- always start with sissors.

2. Who are some of your daily reads?

Sara, Candice, Sarah, Erin, Alyssa, Erin, Steph, Kate, Courtney, Brooke gahh there are a lot of them.That's only some of them! I keep a short list on my side bar!

3. What would you tell a new blogger about blogging?

Make connections!! Comment, comment, comment! Follow bloggers on every social media you have. Create accounts for ones you don't have and be active!

4. Do you have any tattoos? Do you want any?

Two: 3 stars on the back of my neck that have symbollogy (Boondock Saints anyone?) I swear, but basically it's for my family, friends and lovaaa. The people in my life are incredibly important to me. I also have a TINY crown behind my right ear because I firmly believe I am a princess.

Steph's questions:

1. What is your drink of choice?

Anything with St. Germain in it. Really it's amazing. Gin and tonic with St. Germain and a lime? THAT'S MY JAM. Prosecco and St. Germain? Protentious as fuck and I love it.

Also Godiva Liquor in the winter. Definitely go thru a TON of that.

2. What blogger makes you laugh every single day?

I'd have to say there are a few but Alyssa wins for this post that I just read. I think Alyssa and I were seperated at birth. We're samsies like all the time. Plus she's fucking hilarious and mostly because she doesn't try to be but totally is. Also 99.9% of the time I'm reading and smiling so big/snorting back laughter in my cubicle that it's making people think I need an intervention.

3. You're stranded on Gilligan's Island, what 3 people would you want with you?

Tom, my best friend HP and Lil. I know Lil isn't a person but she would protect us. Plus I don't think I could spend every day with any other human besides those two. Also Tom and HP are the funniest people I know and I would never be bored. Ever.

4. Star Wars, Star Trek or Star Magazine?

Star Wars ALWAYSSSSS I fucking love that franchise. I mean I'm mostly into the orig 3 movies- specifically the non CGI versions. I could watch Episodes IV, V, and VI everyday of my life. I got the blueray box set from Tom as an anniversary gift.

Heather's questions:

1. Do you believe in love at first sight?

Kinda. I believe in love at first meeting. I actually had an experience with something that got as close to love at first sight as I can think of which went: "He's hot. I'm gonna meet him and then we're gonna date." And that's what happened but it didn't work out. I think that the love at first meeting thing goes for friends and significant others. At least for me, connections form quickly and lasting ones run deep. Sight can be deciving. Lucky for me all my friends are good looking and Tom's a stud muffin.

2. What are 3 things you coudn't live without?

Music, sweatpants, Snickers Bars

3. What is your dream job?

Blogging would be great actually. But maintaing this blog. Not doing what other people tell me. I would love to be some kind of animal biologist but like host my own show. Like Jeff Corwin. Dude is nuts but he has a great time.

4. What is the first thing you would do if you won the lottery?

Cry/pee my pants/dance. Then I would take everybody I love out to celebrate. BIG ASS PARTY. Then I would take L shoe shopping and we'd spend 24 hours trying on and buying shoes. Then I'd buy a house. And then a tiny version of my house so Lil could have her own house but she would live with us in the big house anyway. Then I would take a vaca with Tom to somewhere incredible and then he would tell me to stop spending and save the rest of the money.

Rachel's questions:

1. What is your favorite band/musician?

I'm going to see Goo Goo Dolls and Matchbox 20 and I love both of them. I obv love all the 90's favs and lately Kelly Clarkson and Demi Lavoto have really got me pumped!

Honestly, the Harry Potter books are always gonna be some of my favorites. I also LOVEEED "Let's Pretend This Never Happened" By The Bloggess (a fellow blogger and the funniest bitch around)

3. What is your all time favorite nail polish color?

Essie "Play Date" in the summer and Essie "Wrapped in Rubies" in the winter.

4. Who is hotter... Ryan Gosling or Ryan Reynolds?

Ryan Gosling hands fucking down. Reynolds just isn't my type.

1. I'm 1/2 Brazilian and 1/4 Irish

2. I've never been out of the country (I went to Canada in high school but you didn't even need a passport then plus we drove there so I don't count it)

3. I say "also" far more than necessary in normal conversation (you've probably noticed)

1. If you had all of the money in the world for any hobby, what would it be?

Horseback riding. I used to ride but it's expensive and I live in too urban of an area. I tried to get back into it last year but it's a serious commitment and I didn't have the time or money that it takes to really make it worth it

2. What is your fondest memory from your childhood?

playing "house" with my sister in my backyard. we had a little bunch of trees that we "decorated" and would be outside for as long as our parents allowed. we played probably every nice day for years

3. What did you want to be when you "grew up"

a princess. Duh. That was a constant but I also rotated on wanting to be a vet, dolphin trainer, nature photographer, wedding planner

4. What is your home town's best kept secret?
over the last 8 or so years my hometown has become a hotspot in CT, I don't think there are any secrets left! Maybe that we're not as cool as we seem?

5. If you could only blog about one topic for a year, what would it be?

Lil. I mean you guys may not wanna read about her everyday but she's basically my life. I try to limit my content on her for everyone's sake.

6. How has the blogging world enriched your life?
it's been an incredible creative outlet, I'm not a writer but I like writing this kind of stuff! More than that, it's allowed me to meet so many incredible people and that is definitely the best part!

7. Favorite throwback song?

basically all of them. But when Mambo #5 comes on I definitely stand up singing and dancing and shouting "THIS IS MY JAM"

8. Favorite ice cream flavor?

cookies and creammmmmm. Preferably Stop & Shop brand or Friendly's

9. What is your ideal summer vacation spot?

somewhere warm and sunny that I can do fun sightseeing activities and drink wine. Also a beach needs to be involved at some point. So basically Southern California or Tuscany

10. How long have you been blogging?
a year ago yesterday! haha but I took a break and started this new blog 3 months ago today (kinda weird and I didn't realize that until right now)

11. What is something from your past that you wish you could bring back?

Scrunchies? that was a cop out but I'm tired and that's the first thing I thought of
